Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and highly skilled Social Media Marketer / Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our online presence, and managing our social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive audience engagement.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to meet business goals, such as increasing brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Create and publish engaging content, often working with copywriters and designers, for various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with users to build and maintain a positive online community.
  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, including setting budgets and using pay-per-click advertising.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, using data to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Stay current on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the company's strategy remains effective.
  • Work with other marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and collaborate with other departments on integrated campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
  • SEO and basic digital marketing knowledge
  • Ability to brainstorm and pitch campaign ideas.
