Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop and execute compelling social media strategies across all hospitality brands within the group. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, passionate about building engaged communities and driving tangible business outcomes through digital channels.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across the spa, salon outlets, and gym brands
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (graphics, video, copy) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and aesthetic
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) with actionable insights
- Collaborate with the operations team to promote services, events, and campaigns
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand partners
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
- Run and optimise paid social media campaigns where required
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred
- 2 – 3 years of proven social media management experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or fitness brands
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar)
- Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent written communication skills with a flair for engaging copy
- Experience running paid social campaigns is an added advantage
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously
Remuneration: NGN 250,000
