- Use social media tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize presence.
- Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to drive leads and sales.
- Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
- Strong portfolio showing growth, engagement, and successful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn.
- Ability to develop and execute content strategies and social media calendars.
- Skilled in creating engaging captions, storytelling, and brand voice consistency.
- Experience with content planning for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events (e.g., Easter, holidays).
- Basic graphic sense (working with designers or using tools like Canva).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Ability to track performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other social media management tools.
