Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Creating engaging photo, video, and graphic content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
- Managing daily social media activity, including posting, scheduling, community engagement, and responding to messages.
- Developing creative content strategies that increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and organic growth.
- Running Facebook and Instagram ads; optimizing campaigns for reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Tracking analytics and preparing weekly performance reports.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Contributing innovative ideas for promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years proven experience in social media management or content creation (hospitality or lifestyle sector preferred).
- Strong creative and visual skills with a portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Meta Business Manager.
- Experience running paid ads, improving SEO, and boosting organic traffic.
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident, polished, and professional.
- Strong analytical skills to track engagement, insights, and ROI.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
