Social Media Manager

Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will lead the execution of performance-driven social media initiatives, using data, content, and community engagement to grow brand reach, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads. This role requires a strong focus on results, continuous optimization, and alignment with broader business goals.

Responsibilities

•  Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement
•  Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence across all platforms
•  Create and curate high quality content, including images, videos, and captions
•  Engage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages and inquiries promptly
•  Monitor and stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO)
•  Strong content writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
•  Working knowledge of graphic design and basic video editing tools for social media content
•  Proven experience managing social media accounts and engaging online communities
•  Good understanding of content performance, insights, and platform analytics
• Familiarity with social media management tools
•  Ability to work effectively within a team or independently
