Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Abuja location. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies, create compelling content tailored to various platforms, and engage with our audience to promote the Nest & Novels Africa mission. Daily responsibilities include planning and scheduling posts, monitoring platform metrics, optimizing engagement, and collaborating with the team to ensure alignment with our brand voice and values.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in Communication and Writing tailored for online platforms
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategy
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies to enhance engagement
• Understanding of African literature and culture is a plus
• Proactive, creative mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with social media management tools is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
