As the Social Media Manager, your primary mission is to design, implement, and oversee high-impact social media strategies that position our educational consulting firm as a trusted, elite industry leader.

Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain a consistent, authoritative, yet empathetic brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of multi-platform content pipelines, including video (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), graphics, infographics, and long-form thought leadership articles (LinkedIn).
- Establish and enforce community engagement standards to ensure prompt, compliant, and helpful responses to direct messages, comments, and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a social media account
- Strong Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
- Excellent Communication and writing skills
- Ability to create engaging content and manage campaigns
