We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and growing the company's online presence across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.
- Create, schedule, publish, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Produce high-quality captions, graphics, short-form videos, and promotional content that reflect the brand's identity.
- Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Capture or coordinate the creation of photos and videos showcasing hotel facilities, guest experiences, events, promotions, food and beverage offerings, and other hospitality services.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, reviews, and customer enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong online relationships with customers, influencers, and brand partners.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Events, and Operations teams to promote campaigns and special offers.
- Support the planning and promotion of hotel events, seasonal campaigns, and new service launches.
- Ensure all published content complies with brand guidelines and company policies.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and content creation techniques.
- Perform any other digital marketing or branding duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
