Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals , increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries to foster engagement
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing
- Maintain our website presence and update website as needed
- Create content for advertising
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Work jointly with others to develop and amplify campaigns conducted throughout the company
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and photographers to create visually appealing content as needed
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Assist with video editing and photography as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 experience with proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends
- Proficient in using social media management tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational
skills
