Social Media Manager/Communications Officer to support digital communication, stakeholder engagement & program visibility for NGO project. Will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating communication materials, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the organization’s social media platforms and digital presence
- Create and publish engaging content across social media channels
- Support communication campaigns and advocacy initiatives
- Draft newsletters, reports, and communication materials
- Monitor social media engagement and provide performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote program activities and events
- Ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital communication campaigns
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills
- Basic understanding of analytics tools and performance reporting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Location: Gbagada
Workflow: Hybrid (3 days onsite), Short-Term Contract(3 months renewable)
