Job summary

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and data-driven Social Media Manager to brew up engaging digital experiences for our brand. In this role, you will be the voice of our tea production company across all digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook).

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar that aligns with product launches, seasonal tea trends, and company milestones.
  • Produce high-quality, aesthetically pleasing visual content (photography, short-form video/Reels/TikToks, and graphics) showcasing our tea gardens, production processes, blending techniques, and brewing methods.
  • Write compelling, educational, and engaging copy that communicates the origin, flavor profiles, and wellness benefits of our tea varieties.


Community Management & Engagement:

  • Actively manage and monitor all social media channels, responding promptly to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries with a warm and helpful brand voice.
  • Foster a loyal online community ("tea lovers") by initiating conversations, hosting digital tea tastings, interactive polls, and Q&A sessions.
  • Monitor user-generated content (UGC) and secure permissions to repurpose high-quality fan content.


Performance Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement rates, follower growth, website referral traffic, and social commerce sales.
  • Utilize data insights to continuously refine content strategies and optimize performance.


Trend Scouting & Innovation:

  • Stay ahead of social media features, algorithm shifts, and beverage/wellness industry trends (e.g., matcha trends, iced tea recipes, sustainable packaging conversations).
  • Incorporate cultural and seasonal tea moments (e.g., National Tea Day, iced tea season, cozy winter blends) into the marketing mix.


Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of a BSc.
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
