Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts.
- Create high-quality images and self-shot videos for posts and ads.
- Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and drive sales through upselling.
- Plan and schedule content 3–4 weeks in advance.
- Repost influencer and customer content when relevant.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on beauty trends and incorporate them into content.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of social media management experience (beauty industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable in front of the camera and able to produce creative content.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and sales-driven.
- Basic knowledge of makeup is required.
- An understanding of the beauty industry and trends is highly desirable.
