Job Summary
This is a full-time role for a Hotel Social Media Manager. You will be responsible for managing and optimising our social media presence, developing and executing content strategies, and crafting engaging content. Daily tasks include monitoring social media channels, responding to customer inquiries, analysing social media metrics, e.t.c.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative, top-on-trend, engaging, creative, and innovative content to increase brand visibility and promote brand-focused messages.
- Shoot, edit, Post, and Convert Hotel Guest room bookings via our hotel's online social media accounts.
- Audit and analyse social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
- Monitor and report on CRM metrics and monthly reports, including hotel guest room bookings, acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) skills.
- Strong video editing for reels and graphic design skills.
- Ability to analyse social media metrics and generate reports
- Excellent organisational and abilities to meet deadlines
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
- 2-3 years of social media experience working for a hospitality brand.
- Must have good knowledge of social media platforms, web proficiency, copywriting, content creation, brand marketing, etc.
- Must possess graphic design skills.
- Must have good proofreading and editing skills.
- Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
