- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our organisational goals.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across all platforms.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely communication.
- Grow and engage our online community
- Support creative campaigns through creative social media content.
- Monitor analytics to evaluate performance and adapt strategies.
- Monitor online conversations, trends, and respond proactively
- Maintain brand voice and brand credibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media for creative brands, nonprofits, or social impact projects
- Experience managing personal/public brands
- Strong content creation skills (writing, graphics, and reels editing).
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to create thought leadership pieces for online platforms
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Passion for community empowerment, women/youth inclusion, and social impact.
- Discretion, professionalism, and good judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Experience with Canva, digital ads, or similar tools (Preferred).
- Understanding of advocacy-type communication and political inclusion (Preferred).
