Role Description

This is an on-site paid internship role located in Lagos State, Nigeria. As a Social Media Intern, your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, implementing digital marketing strategies, monitoring social media trends, and fostering online community engagement. You will work to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and support marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

-Create short-form content (reels, stories, posts) and edit videos/photos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar.

-Write clear, engaging captions that align with the Charz Grill brand tone (luxury, wellness, intentional living).

-Assist with scheduling posts across Instagram and other platforms, ensuring consistency and timeliness.

-Track basic engagement (likes, comments, saves) and note what content performs best.

-Strong attention to detail (especially in editing and captions)

-Willingness to learn and deeply understand the Charz Grill brand

-Creative thinking with structure (can follow direction but still bring ideas)

Good communication and reliability (responds on time, meets deadlines)

-Strong Communication skills for engagement and creating connections with the online audience.

-Creative mindset and ability to adapt to changing social media trends.

-Willingness to work on-site and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

-Previous experience with content management tools or analytics platforms is a plus.

-Availability to work in YABA Lagos State, Nigeria, and a passion for food and unique culinary experiences.
