Job Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Executive who will oversee the company’s digital presence, developing and implementing strategies to enhance engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth across various platforms. Your role will focus on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, positioning the company as a thought leader in the industry and driving digital marketing efforts aligned with business goals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with the company’s marketing and branding objectives
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, image, and video) tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and publish real-time to drive audience engagement and visibility.
  • Position the company as a thought leader on LinkedIn by curating insightful content and showcasing company expertise
  • Engage with audiences across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for engagement and brand positioning.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of social media content with broader company objectives.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and brand storytelling.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and Google Analytics).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is essential.
  • Ability to lead and manage social media campaigns effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and audience behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • High level of creativity and strategic thinking.


Benefits:

  • Remuneration: NGN 120,000 monthly
  • Work Mode: Full Time; Hybrid (2 Days WFO)
  • Work Hours: 8:30 am-4:30 pm; Monday-Friday
