Job summary
We are seeking an engaging, creative, and data-driven Social Media Specialist to drive our digital brand presence. In this role, you will design content strategies that educate, inspire, and guide prospective students, parents, and partner institutions through international study options and educational services.

Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Planning:Develop and publish high-quality, educational content (short-form videos, carousels, infographics, success stories) across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Community Engagement:Respond promptly to direct messages, post comments, and general inquiries, nurturing prospects into active leads for the counseling team.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns for upcoming study abroad fairs, university visits, application deadlines, and webinars.
- Student & Alumni Engagement: Interview successfully placed students to highlight real admission journeys, visa approvals, and campus experiences.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor weekly KPI metrics (reach, engagement rate, click-through rates, lead conversions) and refine strategies based on insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience managing professional social media accounts (portfolio required).
- Proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics platforms (Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
- Strong understanding of international education trends, university admission cycles, and student visa processes is a major plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
