Job Summary

The Social Media Coordinator will oversee the digital and social media presence of Casalavoro Group and its subsidiaries. The role is responsible for developing and executing brand-aligned content strategies that enhance visibility, communicate value across business units, and strengthen Casalavoro’s corporate and lifestyle image.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Curate visually appealing posts, videos, and stories that reflect the property’s lifestyle, amenities, and brand tone.
  • Collaborate with the operations and photography teams to capture authentic guest experiences, events, and property highlights.
  • Engage actively with followers, respond to messages/inquiries, and convert engagement into bookings or leads.
  • Monitor analytics to track growth, engagement, and booking conversions from social media campaigns.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to align digital campaigns with promotions, events, and brand milestones.
  • Stay updated on hospitality and luxury lifestyle trends to maintain a fresh, aspirational online brand voice.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, content shoots, and guest-generated content in line with brand guidelines.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brand.
  • Strong content creation skills (photo/video editing, captions, brand storytelling).
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, influencer management, and analytics tools.
  • Creative eye for aesthetics, tone, and consistency in brand presentation.
