Role Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator for a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to engage audiences across various social media platforms. Daily tasks include producing high-quality, creative content (written, visual, and video), managing posting schedules, monitoring analytics to assess performance, and staying updated on social media trends to improve engagement. You will also collaborate with our design and marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand presence online.

Qualifications

• Expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and platform management (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Proficiency in tools like Instagram Insights, Hootsuite, Canva, and Capcut
• Strong writing and editing skills, particularly for short-form content, captions, and post copy
• Knowledge of audience engagement techniques, branding principles, and storytelling
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and improve performance
• Experience in photography, video editing, and creating visual content is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities
• Proximity to Igando, Lagos
