The Social Media & Brand Manager will be responsible for building and growing the MoreTables brand across all social media platforms. This person will develop content strategies, manage content creation, oversee community engagement, and ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Growth:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Create monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Grow audience engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including: Reels, Short-form videos, Static posts, Carousels, Stories, Blog and promotional content
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.


Brand Development:

  • Maintain and evolve the MoreTables brand identity.
  • Ensure consistency across the website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Help shape brand voice, positioning, and messaging.


Community Management:

  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
  • Foster relationships with restaurant partners, creators, and influencers.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and customer feedback.


Performance & Analytics:

  • Track KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations.
  • Use data to optimize content and campaign performance.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of content trends and audience engagement strategies.
