About the Role


We are looking for a highly creative and self-driven Social Media Brand Manager to lead our brand presence across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to translate brand identity into compelling visual content, engaging campaigns, and consistent storytelling.


You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating high-quality content (flyers and videos), and driving brand growth through innovative ideas. This is not a role for someone who needs constant supervision we are looking for a proactive professional who can take ownership and deliver results independently.


 Key Responsibilities


* Develop and execute a strong social media strategy aligned with brand goals

* Create high-quality visual content including *flyers, graphics, and short-form videos*

* Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)

* Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar

* Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and tone

* Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement

* Stay updated with trends and introduce creative ideas to keep the brand relevant

* Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and product visibility


Requirements


* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role

* Strong skills in graphic design (flyer creation) and video editing

* Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar

* Excellent understanding of social media platforms and content trends

* Strong storytelling and visual communication skills

* Ability to work independently without the need for micromanagement

* Highly creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven

* Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
