Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage a creative social media strategy aligned with the school’s brand and goals.
- Plan and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor, respond to, and moderate online engagement to maintain a positive brand image.
- Track performance metrics, generate monthly analytics reports, and recommend improvements based on insights and trends.
- Collaborate with departments to promote school events, announcements, and achievements.
Photography & Content Creation:
- Capture high-quality photos of school events, students, staff, and facilities that reflect the school’s culture and values.
- Edit and curate images for use across digital platforms, newsletters, brochures, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a well-organized digital photo library for easy retrieval and future use.
- Provide basic videography support for short promotional videos or reels when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating content for a brand or organization.
- Strong photography skills, with a professional portfolio showcasing events or lifestyle photography.
- Proficiency in photo editing tools (Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom or similar).
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced school environment.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for education and community engagement.
