We are seeking a creative Social Media and Marketing Lead who will be responsible for serving as the strategic driver of the organisation’s digital presence, responsible for shaping the brand’s voice, visual storytelling, and online engagement across all social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the brand’s social media and digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and community growth across key platforms.
- Plan, create, and manage a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality posts that reflect the organisation’s design philosophy and brand identity.
- Produce engaging digital content, including videos, reels, short-form storytelling, graphics, and product-focused content that resonates with the target audience.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn), ensuring timely posting, engagement, and brand consistency.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital culture, translating relevant trends into creative content opportunities for the brand.
- Build and nurture an active online community by engaging with followers, responding to messages and comments, and encouraging user-generated content.
- Identify and manage influencer and creator partnerships, including collaborations with micro-influencers and brand advocates to expand brand reach.
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns by developing creative digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and customer interest.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall brand strategy, product releases, and business objectives.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media &Communications, Business Administration Or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Content Marketing are an added advantage
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand or organisation.
- Experience working with lifestyle, design, consumer goods, or fashion brands is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability, with the capacity to translate brand ideas into engaging and relatable content
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to take ownership of ideas and drive them from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
- Understanding of social media analytics tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing and influencer marketing strategies
- Awareness of brand storytelling and visual identity principles
- Proven experience creating engaging digital content.
- Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts and building online communities.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 net
Location: Lekki, Lagos.
