SMS / Email Marketer

• Develop end-to-end SMS and email marketing strategies and campaign calendars.
• Manage subscriber acquisition, segmentation, and database hygiene.
• Create compelling, personalized, and conversion-focused messaging content.
• Execute campaign testing, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Monitor key metrics such as delivery rate, open rate, CTR, conversion, and churn.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, consent, and opt-out regulations.
• Integrate messaging campaigns with CRM, sales, and marketing automation tools.
• Coordinate messaging campaigns with promotions, product launches, and events.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and insights.
• Maintain brand voice, messaging consistency, and communication standards.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree/HND, in any relevant field
• 2 years of work experience.
• Basic knowledge of job-related tools, systems, or processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or relevant software.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Salary: NGN120,000 - 150,000

Note: This role is fully onsite, and interested applicants must reside within Jabi, Wuse, Wuye, Lugbe, Utako, Central Area, and axis closer to (Utako and Jabi)
