Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Slice bread and other bakery products according to specifications.
- Ensure uniform thickness and neat presentation of sliced products.
- Operate and maintain slicing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Minimize product wastage and maintain standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
