Role Overview
The DSM (Shop Development Sales Manager) is responsible for new city expansion and store acquisition under the Buy Now Pay Later (Mobile Installment) shop model.
The core responsibility is to complete the full cycle of city launch, store onboarding, and SA deployment readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new cities within the assigned region
- Conduct market research (phone markets, commercial hubs, KA stores)
- Build relationships with local merchants and partners
- Drive store onboarding and system registration
- Negotiate cooperation terms with store owners / KA brands
- Ensure stores meet installment business requirements
- Ensure stores are ready for SA deployment
- Coordinate with SM/RM for SA assignment
- Track first sales performance of new stores
Requirements
- Experience in sales / channel development (POS, fintech, mobile preferred)
- Strong knowledge of local markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
