Job Summary
The SGBV Officer will support prevention and response activities related to gender-based violence in Abuja communities. This role involves awareness campaigns, survivor support, and coordination with local partners.

Job Description/Requirements
- Conduct community awareness sessions on SGBV prevention and available services
- Assist in identifying and referring survivors to appropriate support services
- Help maintain confidential case records while following protection guidelines
- Participate in training community members on SGBV response mechanisms
- Support data collection for monitoring program effectiveness
Requirements:
- Must be female and currently residing in Abuja
- Background in social work, gender studies, psychology or related field
- Understanding of gender-based violence issues in Nigeria
- Ability to handle sensitive cases with discretion and professionalism
- Willingness to work with survivors from diverse backgrounds
Important Notes:
- Volunteer position combining remote work and field assignments
