Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive HSE Officer to support safe LPG plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong LPG safety experience, with the ability to enforce regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, and implement HSE systems that ensure a hazard-free environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe-work systems.
- Conduct daily safety inspections, risk assessments, and ensure safe handling, storage, and dispensing of LPG products.
- Oversee compliance with NMDPRA, SON, and other regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate toolbox talks, safety briefings, and operational training.
- Lead emergency response planning, drills, and incident preparedness.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, propose corrective actions, and maintain follow-up.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, permits, and reports.
- Promote a strong safety culture and enforce plant safety rules.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in an LPG facility or industrial plant.
- Knowledge of LPG operations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to identify hazards, enforce controls, and lead safety interventions.
- Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage HSE operations.
- HSE Level 1–3, LPG Handling/Operations, Fire Safety, First Aid/CPR, PTW training; Gas Plant operations training is a plus.
