About the Role

We are looking for a client-focused professional to drive sales of healthcare Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and support services. You will build strong client relationships, promote maintenance and technical solutions, and deliver tailored services that address customer needs. The role involves site visits, understanding customer challenges, and providing solutions—not just a sales pitch.


Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) revenue by identifying and converting service opportunities
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers, hospital stakeholders, and procurement teams
  • Support AMC renewals by tracking expiring contracts and initiating timely follow-ups
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service contract documentation
  • Follow up on leads, approvals, and negotiations to ensure successful deal closure
  • Promote AMC upgrades from basic to comprehensive coverage
  • Coordinate with service engineers to ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance and service requests
  • Monitor service delivery performance including response time, equipment uptime, and PM compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, customer interactions, and updates in CRM systems
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalate technical issues where necessary
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, renewals, and pipeline activity
  • Support marketing and customer engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction


Qualifications

  • BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, or related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, account management, or technical support
  • Experience in medical equipment, healthcare services, engineering services, or B2B sales is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up effectively, and work with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • NYSC completion is required.
