Waiter

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up, clearing, and resetting tables according to restaurant service standards.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Greet guests politely and attend to basic service requests professionally.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests clearly to the kitchen, bar, or senior wait staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and equipment at all times.
• Replenish service items such as cutlery, napkins, and condiments when required.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Provide operational support during peak service periods to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold professional grooming, appearance, and service etiquette standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of menu offerings, service procedures, and hospitality standards is an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and remain calm under pressure.
• Must reside within proximity to Victoria Island (preferably VI)
• Must maintain good personal grooming and uniform standards.
• Demonstrate reliability, initiative, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
