We are looking for a user-centric UI/UX Designer to join our product team. In this role, you will lead the design of complex, intuitive, and scalable user interfaces. Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Design: Own the entire design lifecycle from conceptualization, user research, wireframing, and low-fidelity prototypes to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Complex Workflow Simplification: Design streamlined, efficient user journeys for data-heavy enterprise tools, specifically focusing on CRM dashboards, pipeline management, and user interaction loops.
- AI Integration: Collaborate closely with product managers and AI/ML engineers to seamlessly integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning features (e.g., predictive insights, automated recommendations, and conversational interfaces) into intuitive UI components.
- Design Systems: Establish, scale, and maintain our design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across all product touchpoints.
- Collaboration:Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and stakeholders to align business goals with user needs through iterative feedback loops and user testing.
Requirements:
- 4 years of professional UI/UX design experience focusing on SaaS, enterprise software, or complex digital products.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and building CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions or similar data-intensive platforms.
- Proven track record of designing interfaces for AI-powered solutions, with a strong understanding of how to present machine learning capabilities, automated outputs, and predictive data clearly to users.
- Expert-level proficiency with standard industry design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) and prototyping software.
- A strong portfolio showcasing deep analytical thinking, user research methodologies, and a clear breakdown of problem-solving processes for complex interaction design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
