Responsibilities:
Client Care and Treatments:
- Perform advanced massages, such as deep tissue, Swedish, and hot stone therapies.
- Administer specialized body treatments like scrubs and wraps.
- Conduct detailed skin and body consultations to assess client needs.
- Recommend home-care products and additional spa services to clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records for all guests.
Leadership and Mentorship:
- Train and guide junior spa therapists on techniques and service standards.
- Act as a role model to foster teamwork and high morale.
- Provide departmental orientation to newly recruited team members.
- Report any operational issues or training needs to the Six Senses Spa Management or supervisor.
Operations and Hygiene:
- Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably clean, safe, and hygienic.
- Check and set up daily operations according to brand standards.
- Monitor product usage and help manage inventory stock levels.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Diploma.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Be Able to perform four(4) varieties of Spa Therapy Procedures (body scrub, body massage, waxing, and manicure/pedicure) safely and comfortably.
- Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products.
