Responsibilities
Product Engineering:
- Build and maintain production-grade web and mobile applications
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Developer on architecture and technical decisions
- Translate product requirements into well-structured, maintainable implementations
- Contribute to frontend, mobile, backend, and AI-powered features
- Write clean, tested, and scalable code
Frontend, Mobile & AI:
- Develop modern UIs using React, Next.js, TypeScript
- Contribute to mobile applications using React Native or Flutter
- Integrate AI/LLM-powered features into products under established architectural patterns
- Work with Python-based AI services and internal tooling
Backend Collaboration:
- Build and maintain APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
- Support backend services written in Python or Go
- Debug production issues across the stack in collaboration with the Lead Developer
Security & DevOps Contribution:
- Follow and advocate secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10)
- Participate in embedding security checks into CI/CD pipelines
- Work with existing DevOps and cloud infrastructure rather than owning it outright
- Assist in incident investigation and post-incident improvements
- Contribute to improving automation, reliability, and operational hygiene
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years professional software development experience
Strong experience with:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- React and modern frontend tooling
- Production experience in mobile development (React Native or Flutter)
- Hands-on experience integrating APIs and backend services
- Working knowledge of Python (especially for AI or backend use cases)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a senior-led engineering structure
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to LLMs or AI system integrations
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Experience with Docker and containerized workflows
- Basic cloud platform exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Awareness of security tooling (SAST/DAST/SCA)
- Golang experience
- Interest in security, infrastructure, or system design growth
