- Lead, supervise, and manage the Social Media Team to deliver high-quality content and campaigns.

- Manage brand voice, messaging, and consistency across all digital platforms
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and community development through innovative campaigns
- Analyze social media and digital performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Oversee content planning, content calendars, and campaign execution across multiple channels
- Manage paid social campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community engagement initiatives
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital platforms to maintain brand relevance
- Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand communication
- Support brand reputation management and respond effectively to online engagement challenges
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience managing social media and online branding for established brands
- Demonstrated experience contributing to the growth of recognized brands within telecommunications, banking, technology, FMCG, or similar industries
- Proven track record of increasing brand visibility, audience engagement, and business impact through digital channels
- Experience leading and managing creative or social media teams
- Strong understanding of social media management platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing best practices
- Experience working in fast-paced and performance-driven environments
- Strong social media strategy and online branding expertise
- Excellent leadership and team management capability
- Strong content planning and campaign management skills
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
