Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across industries
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience
- Strong background in energy, engineering, technology and automotive sectors
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
