Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, residential, and industrial facility management sectors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and bids tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and business prospects.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to design customised service solutions for clients.
- Manage the end-to-end business development process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to promote brand recognition.
- Provide input into pricing models, service packaging, and market positioning strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent post-sales support and relationship management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- 4–6 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the facility management, real estate, or service outsourcing industry.
- Strong understanding of facility management operations and client requirements across commercial, residential, and industrial environments.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing B2B client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
