Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and successful delivery of project activities.
  
• The Project Manager will oversee project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, ensure timely reporting, and drive the achievement of project objectives while maintaining quality, budget, and compliance standards.
• Oversee the design and implementation of projects focused on agribusiness development, food systems, nutrition, value chain development, food safety, SME capacity building, and market access, ensuring alignment with national priorities and international best practices.
  
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations and organizational policies, oversee project monitoring and evaluation (M&E), manage project budgets and reporting, identify funding opportunities, contribute to proposal development, and support business development initiatives to expand the company's portfolio across Nigeria and Africa.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc. or equivalent) in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Biochemistry, Agriculture, Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant disciplines.
  
• A postgraduate qualification (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) and relevant consulting, project management, or research experience will be an added advantage.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, report-writing, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  
• Knowledge of data analysis software, graphic design applications (e.g., CorelDRAW, Canva, Adobe Suite), or digital communication tools will be an added advantage.
  
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  
• Willingness to travel when required.
