- Act as the primary escalation point for Palo Alto-related issues.
- Incident Response & Security Management
- Investigate and respond to security incidents and threats.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support vulnerability assessments and remediation activities.
- Participate in cyber incident response and recovery efforts.
- Assist in threat hunting and proactive security monitoring activities.

- Coordinate activities with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Conduct security reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
- Support compliance initiatives related to industry and regulatory frameworks.
- Develop and maintain security documentation and standards.
- Develop automation solutions for firewall administration and reporting.
- Utilize APIs and scripting tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the security environment.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Junior and Intermediate Engineers.
- Review configurations, security policies, and technical designs.
- Conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support talent development and certification programs.

- Experience
- Years of experience in networking and cybersecurity.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Palo Alto Networks solutions.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale security projects.
- Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
- Experience working with financial institutions, telecommunications, government, or large
- enterprise environments is an advantage.

- Support pre-sales engagements, solution presentations, demonstrations, technical workshops, and
- proposal development.
- Assist in the development of cybersecurity service offerings, technical standards, and best practices.
- Represent the organization in engagements with customers, vendors, auditors, and regulatory
- bodies when required.
