Noble Guard Security Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for the strategic oversight of security personnel, client relationship management, and the implementation of advanced operational protocols across multiple sectors.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Oversight: Direct and coordinate daily security operations across all assigned sites to ensure 100% service delivery and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Personnel Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of security operations managers, supervisors and guards. Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and workforce scheduling.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, conducting monthly service reviews and ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are exceeded.
  • Risk & Compliance: Conduct comprehensive site risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with national security regulations and company safety policies.
  • Financial Control: Manage the operational budget, monitor overtime costs, and optimize resource allocation to maintain profitability.
  • Incident Command: Lead the response to emergency situations and critical incidents, ensuring detailed reporting and the implementation of corrective actions.


Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in the security industry, law enforcement, or military, with at least 5 years in a management capacity.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Valid security industry licensing (e.g., ASIS CPP or PSP certifications are highly desirable).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using security management software, GPS tracking systems, and advanced CCTV/access control platforms.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams and maintain high morale and discipline.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for report writing and client presentations.
  • Flexibility: Must be available for 24/7 on-call support and hold a valid driver’s license for frequent site visits.
