Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor network infrastructure and lead NOC operations across assigned shifts, ensuring effective incident detection, response, and resolution
- Troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN, routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and connectivity issues
- Analyze alarms, logs, and performance metrics to catch faults early
- Coordinate with Field/Resident Engineers on-site and provide technical guidance to the NOC team
- Own major incidents end-to-end, escalate to vendors/internal teams as needed, and lead root-cause analysis with preventive recommendations
Requirements:
- HND in Computer/Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecoms, or related field
- Proven experience in a 24/7 or shift-based NOC environment
- Strong hands-on network troubleshooting skills
- Experience coordinating technical/field teams is a plus
- CCNA, CCNP, Network+, Fortinet, or similar certification is an advantage
