Responsibilities:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of network and security technology
- Implementation across different products. (HPE, Fortinet, and Aruba will be of added advantage)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ITIL
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of risk management technologies and systems
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of systems integration principles, concepts, and technologies
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of network protocols, interoperability standards, and technologies
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of cybersecurity threats and relevant information / IT security solutions
- Strong Customer Relationship Management skills.
Requirements:
- 4 - 7 years cognate work experience within a reputable and structured institution.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team.
- Ability to plan, organise, direct, and coordinate own work.
