About the role

We are looking for a solid Mobile Developer with strong Flutter expertise and deep knowledge of advanced mobile development concepts to join our team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, technically strong, and able to build high-quality mobile applications with strong performance, scalability, maintainability, and user experience in mind. We need someone who can contribute quickly, write clean and reliable code, and help us build a sleek, modern, and production-ready mobile experience.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Flutter and Dart, understands mobile architecture and engineering best practices, and is comfortable working across the full mobile development lifecycle from design collaboration and implementation to testing, optimization, and release support.

What you will do

• Build, enhance, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Develop scalable, performant, and maintainable mobile features and application modules
• Apply advanced mobile development concepts including architecture, state management, performance optimization, offline handling, responsiveness, and platform integration
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams to deliver polished mobile experiences
• Translate product and technical requirements into clean, efficient, and reliable mobile implementations
• Ensure applications are responsive, stable, secure, and optimized across supported devices and screen sizes
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, authentication flows, notifications, and platform-specific capabilities where needed
• Write reusable, testable, and well-structured code that aligns with engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and improve app performance, usability, and reliability
• Support testing, release preparation, and post-release improvements

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Mobile Developer with strong hands-on Flutter expertise
• Strong proficiency in Dart
• Deep understanding of advanced mobile development concepts and best practices
• Experience designing and implementing scalable mobile architecture
• Strong knowledge of state management approaches and clean code principles
• Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating backend services into mobile apps
• Strong understanding of mobile app performance tuning, debugging, and optimization
• Experience handling device compatibility, responsiveness, and platform-specific behavior
• Familiarity with mobile testing approaches, debugging tools, and release processes
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with complex production-grade Flutter applications
• Experience with mobile app architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar approaches
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting tools
• Experience with native mobile concepts on iOS and Android
• Experience working in a contract-to-hire environment and ramping up quickly
