Fourcore Integrated Services Ltd, a leading ideation, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and consultancy firm providing management and business process solutions and re-engineering services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Senior Human Resource Associate will play a strategic and operational role in managing core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will proactively manage multiple HR initiatives, mentor junior HR staff, and contribute to a high-performance and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning for technical and non-technical roles
• Design and drive employee engagement, experience, and retention programs
• Implement performance frameworks (OKRs/KPIs) and career development paths
• Coordinate learning, upskilling, and leadership development initiatives
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational culture
• Ensure HR compliance, oversee HRIS/payroll systems, and streamline HR processes
• Benchmark and manage compensation, benefits, and retention strategies
• Support change management and organizational development initiatives
• Mentor junior HR staff and coach managers
• Analyze HR data to support leadership decision-making
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in tech or fast-growing companies
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and HR analytics tools
• Professional certification: CIPM, SHRM-SCP, HRCI, or equivalent
