Senior HR Manager to serve as a pivotal strategic partner to the executive leadership team. You will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition to performance management and total rewards. - You are a Master of Labor Laws, possessing the deep regulatory knowledge required to keep the organization compliant while implementing modern best practices.
- You can act as both a counselor to employees and a high-level advisor to the CEO and COO.
- You are comfortable using HR software and data-driven insights to track KPIs and guide decision-making.
- You are a Change Management Expert who can lead an organization through transitions while maintaining high engagement and a positive culture.
Key Responsibilities...
Strategic Leadership & Culture
- You will develop and execute HR strategies that directly support and align with the organization's overall business goals.
- You will partner with leadership to forecast future workforce needs and implement proactive talent management initiatives.
- You will contribute significantly to organizational design, fostering a culture of integrity, inclusion, and excellence.
- You will lead change management efforts to ensure the organization remains agile and responsive to market shifts.
Talent & Performance Management
- You will oversee the entire recruitment process to attract, integrate, and retain top-tier talent.
- You will design and implement performance appraisal systems that encourage goal setting, coaching, and continuous feedback.
- You will manage succession planning programs to ensure a steady pipeline of internal leadership.
- You will monitor performance trends and recommend strategic interventions to drive organizational improvement.
Total Rewards & Learning
- You will oversee salary structures and benefits administration to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- You will design and implement leadership development and training programs to build capability and close skill gaps.
- You will collaborate with the finance department on budgeting for all HR-related costs and total rewards programs.
Compliance & Analytics
- You will ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- You will maintain the confidentiality of employee data and provide regular reporting on HR metrics.
- You will use data-driven insights and HR KPIs to improve internal processes.
What Success Looks Like...
- Successfully implementing an HR strategy that results in a measurable increase in workforce productivity and goal attainment.
- Maintaining high employee engagement scores and reducing turnover rates through proactive culture initiatives.
- Achieving perfect scores in internal and external compliance audits regarding labor laws and employee records.
- Establishing a clear succession plan where at least 20% of leadership roles can be filled by internal candidates.
To be considered for this role you should have...
- 5â10 years of progressive HR experience (3+ years in management).
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business; Master's/Certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strategic planning, analytical thinking, and a high degree of integrity.
