Senior Hardware Installation Engineer
Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Hardware Installation Engineer (Pre-sales & After-sales Technical Support) with extensive hands-on experience. The ideal candidate must possess full-lifecycle hardware implementation capabilities, from project initiation to final delivery, and be able to actively engage in pre-sales technical solution planning as well as post-sales technical support.

Responsibilities:
- Full-process hardware project implementation: Independently responsible for or leading the installation, debugging, and delivery of all hardware equipment, ensuring that the project is completed on schedule and meets quality standards for acceptance.
- Pre-sales technical support: Cooperate with the sales team to conduct on-site customer investigations, assess the installation environment and implementation difficulty; participate in the preparation of hardware implementation plans, BOM list calculation and bidding technical documents, and provide professional suggestions.
- After-sales technical support: Establish and improve hardware installation standard operating procedures (SOP); provide technical training to internal teams and customers; handle complex after-sales technical upgrades and troubleshooting of difficult faults.
- Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with software, network, project management, and other teams to solve interface and compatibility issues during the integration of software and hardware, ensuring the stable operation of the overall system.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT hardware installation and system integration, with the ability to lead the implementation and delivery of at least 3 large-scale projects independently.
- Proficient in the installation and basic debugging of servers, storage, network equipment, security monitoring, and various terminal devices;
- Familiar with the wiring standards, construction standards for computer rooms, and safety regulations for power and weak current construction;
- Have a solid foundation in networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing and switching, etc.), and be able to independently troubleshoot faults from the network layer to the physical layer.
- Pre-sales/Sales-after-sales Skills: Possess excellent proposal writing and on-site communication skills, able to accurately understand customer needs and translate them into technical language; Have the ability to handle sudden technical crises under pressure.
- Those holding relevant certificates such as PMP, HCIE/CCIE, and a current engineer are preferred.
- Those with a solar power supply system and experience in the education and medical industries will be given priority for recruitment.
