About The Role

As a Senior Go-To-Market Engineer at RevenueHoop, you'll be the technical architect behind our clients' revenue operations—building sophisticated Clay workflows, multi-platform automations, and end-to-end GTM systems that turn messy data into predictable pipelines. You'll work across multiple B2B SaaS clients simultaneously, translating complex RevOps strategies into scalable technical solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design custom GTM systems tailored to client requirements, including inbound/outbound workflows, lead and account scoring models, and attribution frameworks
  • Build and optimize complex Clay tables with multi-source enrichment, conditional logic, and advanced data transformation workflows
  • Architect CRM integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, and other revenue platforms with seamless data flow and automation
  • Design data enrichment orchestration strategies using waterfall logic, API integrations, and cost-optimization frameworks
  • Build automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, and native platform capabilities to streamline GTM operations
  • Serve as technical point of contact for clients, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure systems meet performance and accuracy standards
  • Create comprehensive documentation for workflows, integrations, and system architectures to support client adoption and team consistency

Interview Process
