Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are building a next-generation, AI-powered CRM platform designed for event planners, vendors, and clients. Our product integrates automation, intelligent workflows, vendor marketplace features, payment modules, and advanced AI agent capabilities. We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer who has deep expertise in modern web application development and applied AI/ML. You will play a key role in architecting, developing, and scaling the platform from early stage to enterprise level.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-stack development of a multi-module CRM (dashboard, vendor marketplace, quotes & invoices, analytics, AI assistants, automation pipelines, and client portals).

• Architect and build scalable backend systems, APIs, and integrations (payments, messaging, authentication, scheduling, file storage).

• Develop AI-driven features including prompt-builder tools, pre-built templates, agentic workflows, automated document generation, and predictive recommendations.

• Implement automation flows: triggers, rule-based actions, notifications, scheduled tasks, and data-driven insights.

• Build a polished and intuitive UI/UX with responsive, modern design patterns.

• Create secure, reliable data structures for users, vendors, events, tasks, finances, and AI interactions.

• Collaborate on product roadmap, technical strategy, and release plans.

• Optimize application performance, reliability, maintainability, and scalability.

• Ensure best-in-class security, data privacy, and code quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10+ years of full-stack engineering experience building complex SaaS products.
• Strong proficiency in Laravel/PHP and REST API.
• Experience deploying on AWS, GCP, or Azure (serverless, containers, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL options).
• Demonstrated experience with AI engineering, including:
• LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Building prompt systems, fine-tuning, embeddings, or vector databases
• AI agent workflow design
• Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Experience building automation engines (Zapier-like logic, triggers, actions, workflows).
• Knowledge of secure authentication, user roles, and scalable multi-tenant SaaS design.
• Comfortable translating product vision into technical architecture and clean code.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building CRM, marketplace, or workflow automation systems.

• Background in billing systems, invoicing, subscriptions, or payment integrations (Stripe).

• Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, notifications, messaging).

• Familiarity with UI component frameworks and design systems.

• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-first design.

• Previous work in early-stage startups or fast-moving product teams.
