Senior Full-Stack Developer

Resposibilities:

Hands-On Development & Engineering:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend systems across the company platforms.
• Actively contribute to managing the existing platforms across the business.
• Support the development of mobile apps for the business.
• Build and maintain APIs and integration layers.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and system-related issues.

Technical Leadership & Coordination:

• Lead technical delivery across projects and change requests.
• Coordinate development tasks and priorities across the team.
• Ensure timely execution and follow-through on technical initiatives.
• Guide development standards, architecture, and best practices.
• Review code quality and provide technical direction.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

• Serve as the primary technical interface for internal stakeholders, the Commercial team, external partners, and vendors.
• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
• Provide clear communication on technical progress, issues, and solutions.

Incident Management & Escalation:

• Own incident escalation and response across systems and platforms.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive resolution.
• Implement preventive actions to reduce recurrence.

Cybersecurity Oversight

• Coordinate adherence to system security and data protection practices
• Identify and escalate technical risks
• Support the implementation of security controls and best practices

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Ensure proper documentation of systems, processes and integrations
• Reduce dependency on individual knowledge.
• Improve workflows and technical processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• A minimum of 9 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP and modern PHP frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong experience with MySQL, MariaDB, or other relational databases.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience with deployment, server management, and cloud-based environments is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of software architecture, scalability, and security best practices.
• Experience supporting production systems and troubleshooting live environments.
• Experience working in lean, fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
