Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured, hands-on technical and professional training programs on a full-time, campus-based basis (Abuja).
- Facilitate live instruction, practical labs, case studies, and project-based learning aligned to industry standards.
- Assess trainee performance through assignments, simulations, and structured evaluations.
- Provide mentorship and professional guidance to prepare trainees for real-world employment.
- Collaborate with academic leadership to maintain curriculum quality and delivery standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver at enterprise or institutional standards.
- Strong facilitation and classroom management skills (adult learning environment).
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts into practical, applied instruction.
- Experience delivering structured curriculum (bootcamp, corporate training, university, or enterprise L&D).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort with hands-on labs, simulations, and real-world case studies.
- Professional discipline and reliability in a campus-based environment.
- Familiarity with performance tracking, assessments, and learner evaluation.
