Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Corporate Governance Advisor & Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert governance advice to clients, lead advisory projects, develop and deliver training programs, and contribute to the growth of our governance advisory and training services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Advisory Services:
- Lead corporate governance advisory projects for clients, including governance framework reviews, board effectiveness assessments, and governance policy development.
- Provide expert advice on governance matters to clients, including board composition, governance structure, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Training Services:
- Develop and deliver corporate governance training programs for clients and public courses.
- Design training materials, case studies, and assessments.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
Business Development:
- Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and cross-selling services.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
Service Development:
- Contribute to the development of our governance advisory and training services.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACIS or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of governance principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Nice to Have:
- Master’s degree in Law, Business, or related field.
- Experience working with clients across various industries.
- Familiarity with industry-specific governance requirements.
- Certification in risk management or compliance.
- Training or teaching experience.

Location: Lagos Island
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 - 1.2 Million
